1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using RufusRanking ("the Service"), operated by Glisco Lab ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
RufusRanking is a SaaS tool that analyzes publicly available Amazon product listings and scores them for AI optimization readiness across 15 dimensions. The Service provides scores, AI-generated rewrites, Q&A seeds, and competitive analysis.
3. Accounts and Access
Free tier features are available without an account. Paid features require a valid account and active subscription. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. All prices are in USD. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard — access continues through the end of the current billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service beyond normal use
- Resell or redistribute Service output without a Studio Pro subscription
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its scoring methodology, dimension framework, and AI-generated outputs, is the intellectual property of Glisco Lab. You retain ownership of your Amazon product data. AI-generated rewrites and Q&A seeds are licensed to you for use on your Amazon listings.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific sales outcomes, ranking improvements, or Amazon Rufus recommendation placement. Scores are based on our analysis of publicly available listing data and may not reflect actual Rufus AI behavior. We are not affiliated with Amazon.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glisco Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
